After serving in the Marine Corps, Tim began his career in the utilities industry working as a licensed utility mechanic/operator at a co-gen facility in suburban Chicago. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Marketing from DePaul University, followed by Master’s level course work in Project Management at NC State. Tim holds operator certifications in Biological Wastewater Operations (G3) and Water/Wastewater Collections/Distribution (G2) from the State of North Carolina.
Tim learned water treatment from the ground up, starting at an entry level position with a leading water treatment chemical company, and working his way through R&D, marketing, and sales, before moving to a global role consulting top tier portfolio accounts on a variety of water and wastewater challenges, primarily in the pulp and paper industry.
He now holds the title of Senior Vice President for Kiely Industrial Technologies, bringing practical, in-depth knowledge and decades of experience to the Kiely Water Resources Team.
