A personal introduction…
My name is Jack Kiely, my father started J.F. Kiely Construction Co. in 1952.
I was always called “Jackie” by my dad, John F. Kiely Sr., who I looked up to and loved with all my heart. His wisdom inspired me to develop the Kiely Code and influenced the way I raised my son, instilling the values of family, team members, customers, and communities.
I’ve been around the company since I’ve been 16 years old. At the age of 17, I cleared the property in Long Branch, New Jersey, with an old Huff loader.
I’ve worked in all aspects of the company: I was in the union, out of the union and moved into management. I’m very proud of the company and the direction that it’s going in today.
My father ran the company as a family company. Every team member that worked for my dad, he considered part of the family, and treated them as that. If I could be half the person he is, I consider myself a success.
