Safety

Our safety goal is simple: team members need to return home at the end of the day in the same or better condition than when they started. We strive for zero incidents and believe every team member is entitled to a safe and healthful place to work. New and seasoned team members alike are provided with the necessary knowledge and equipment with which to do their jobs in an environment where they are able to work without undue danger.

This mission statement drives our desire to protect our number one asset: our team members. Safety at the Kiely Family of Companies is a continuous process and unlike our projects, has no end. Our safety team is focused on maintaining a safe environment that adheres to strict compliance on every job, every day.

We provide tens of thousands of hours of various safety training annually to all of our team members to ensure each step of every project maintains our responsibility to safety. Ongoing training and state-of-the-art equipment enable us to work safely and efficiently with our qualified workforce.
