The search for a challenging and fulfilling career brought Mark Taylor full circle from and back to the pipeline industry. Following a college internship working across several departments within the then-largest interstate pipeline company in the U.S., Mark worked in the water and wastewater industry as well as in pharmaceutical construction and general construction management. His appreciation for the unique, daily challenges and solutions in the pipeline industry led him to become Vice President of J.F. Kiely Service Co. in 2012.
Mark has a deep mastery of field concepts, practices, and procedures based on over 10 years of experience in pipeline engineering, integrity management, and construction. In addition to growing Kiely’s Civil business unit and leading the expansion of J.F. Kiely Service Co. to a full-scale engineering and project management firm, Mark has led the development of two additional companies, expanding Kiely’s reach by providing customers with a more comprehensive service offering.
In 2019, Mark was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Operations – Gas. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring J.F. Kiely Construction Co., J.F. Kiely Construction Co. of PA, and Kiely Pipeline Integrity are equipped with the correct training, tools, and leadership to successfully complete oil and gas projects in a safe and efficient manner.
